The first install was an in-place upgrade of Windows 8.1Pro. I've installed this OS 3 times now and always with the same result. The worst part is that Airplane mode is enabled and cannot be turned off.

Does anyone know why Airplane mode would be installed on a desktop PC by the Windows 10 Pro upgrade? On a different partition on the same PC the Windows 10 Home upgrade installed without Airplane mode being present at all.
